The Swiss eLearning Conference, short SeLC, is a new e-learning-event for representatives of Swiss companies.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about different forms of virtual learning as well as the digital learning contents of the future, presented by masterminds and visionary leaders of the field. Nonetheless, there will also be examples from every-day practice, presented by entrepreneurs. This makes the event an interesting source of information and inspiration which at the same time provides an excellent platform for professional networking and exchange. more |

Every business is facing challenges in the way they do their business in the future. The world has changed and the way we do business needs to respond to those changes.
Paul will share his research into how effective industries are changing the way they approach business in the future. Ideas to help will include the ways teams are expected to work, the process of engaging with people and importantly how organizations measure progress. What does 'teams that work' mean to how we structure our business? How do we create new levels of engagement from our people? Who owns the measurements in our organisations?
This session will stimulate discussion and give those attending some ideas to help them think about the future of their business. |
