This is how the exchange of experiences works:

There will be no classic presentations at the Personal Swiss's MeetingPoint but interactive, specific conversations in an informal atmosphere. They will be based on a practical issue from everyday work which is brought forward by HR experts. Presented by our moderator Karin Huber, HR expert herself, the exciting dialogues often evolve into a spontaneous short-time symposia with several participants. The way the moderation is conducted makes it very easy for people to get involved and lively conversations among colleagues often lead to new perspectives and solutions.
